Myisha Myles pen named, Myghty Words, is a passionate author renowned for crafting captivating narratives that delve into the rich tapestry of African American love stories, romance, adventures, mystery, thrillers, and beyond. With a keen eye for detail and a penchant for intricate plots, Myisha weaves tales that resonate deeply with readers, drawing them into worlds filled with intrigue, passion, and suspense.

Born in Columbia, South Carolina, Myisha discovered a love for storytelling at a young age, inspired by the vibrant culture and history of her own African American experiences. Growing up in a household shaped by the discipline and honor of a military upbringing— her father having served in the US Army—Myisha developed invaluable skills in leadership, resilience, and attention to detail, which would later enrich her writing. Her writing niche was significantly influenced by the skills and talents of both her mother and father who both possessed talent in writing on both the technical side of writing and the creative side of writing.

Through her works, she explores themes of love, resilience, and the human spirit, infusing each story with layers of emotion and complexity that leave a lasting impression on audiences. From sweeping romances to pulse-pounding thrillers that keep readers on the edge of their seats, Myisha’s body of work reflects her unwavering commitment to storytelling excellence.

 She currently resides in Illinois, where she draws inspiration from her educational background and experiences, an associate degree in English with concentration in Creative Writing from College of Lake County. She also has a bachelor’s degree in creative writing for the Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. She is a published poet and currently working on branching into Children and Young Adults books. She believes every word can be mighty as long as you put your power behind it.
